Are you ready to get your hands dirty and create something truly unique? We're thrilled to announce a pottery workshop right here at Tomtit Farm, in collaboration with the talented Tonia from Memento Mori Ceramics.
What to Expect:
Forage Your Botanicals: Start your creative journey by foraging botanical treasures from the lush gardens of Tomtit Farm. These natural beauties will become part of your masterpiece.
Create Your Own Botanical Vase: With step-by-step guidance, Tonia will lead you through the process of hand-building your own botanical vase. Picture a stunning vase, approximately 20cm high, that you've crafted with your own hands and filled with the essence of our farm.
Pottery Wheel Demonstration: In addition to the hand-building session, Lee will have his pottery wheel on-site to demonstrate the mesmerising art of throwing techniques.
No Experience Required: Whether you're a seasoned ceramic artist or have never touched clay before, this workshop is suitable for all skill levels. All materials, including an apron for the day, will be provided.
The Creative Journey Continues:
After the workshop, you'll leave your vase with Tonia to work her glazing magic. Then, return to Tomtit Farm four weeks later to collect your finished, glazed masterpiece. As a bonus, you'll also have the chance to pick some fresh flowers from our farm to complement your beautiful vase.
Invest in Your Creativity:
The cost for this inspiring pottery workshop is $85 per person. This includes all materials, guidance, and the joy of creating something beautiful with your own hands.
Secure Your Spot:
Our workshops tend to fill up quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your spot now.
Join us for a memorable day of creativity, connection with nature, and the joy of crafting something truly unique. We can't wait to see the artistic beauty that blooms at Tomtit Farm.
Thank you for being a cherished part of our community, and we look forward to sharing this creative adventure with you.
