Courgettes are also known as zucchini, and can come in green-skinned and yellow-skinned varieties.

Seeds per Packet: Approximately 15-25 seeds per packet.
Growing Conditions: Prefers well-drained, fertile soil with a pH of 6.0-7.5. Requires full sun.
Germination Rate: Around 85-95%.
Days to Maturity: 50-70 days.
Spacing: 90 cm between plants, 1 meter between rows.
Best Time to Sow: Sow in late spring after the last frost in New Zealand for a summer harvest.
