Tomtit Farm Pick Your Own Flowers

We love to share the joy our farm brings us, and Pick Your Own gives us the opportunity to do just that. We'll arm you with a pair of snippers and a container before you head out into the garden.

Where

PYO is located in our Tomtit garden.

66 Webster Road Matangi, this is 10 minutes out of Hamilton and 20 mins out of Cambridge.

Keep an eye out for the Tomtit Farm PYO Flowers sign on Webster Road, plenty of parking in the paddock.

When

PYO is seasonal and we will release dates

throughout the season (January - April/May).

Pop-Up Days:
- Valentines day 14th of February 5-7pm

Season Opening:
- Saturdays & Sundays 9-12pm

If the weekends don't suit you book a private PYO session.

Private seasons cost $50 for a 10L bucket - Stroll through the garden and fill your bucket as you go! We will be on hand to offer advice and help.

What to bring

We will supply you with scissors and a bucket to collect your flowers in.

However it is easier if you bring your own bucket to transport your flowers home in.

If you would like them wrapped we can do this for you also.

Please wear sturdy footwear, gloves and a sunhat.

Cost

PYO is free entry, however we do ask that at least one person in your group picks flowers.

The price depends on how much you would like to pick and we price you once you have finished.

A rough guide is:

Small jars/posey: $10-$15 (jar)

Medium bucket: $25-$40 (5L)

Large bucket: $50 (9L)

We have 9L buckets available to purchase for $5 otherwise bring your own bucket.

Hens do, birthday party or looking for something a bit different.

A lovely way to spend a few hours on the farm with your friends, family or your hens!
